I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups to help you and the special people in your life have more loving, productive, and satisfying relationships.
I love this work and cannot imagine doing anything else. When you work with me, it's collaborative. You are the expert on you. Sometimes it's hard to have perspective when you are so close. I can provide that perspective in a safe, non-judgmental, warm, and loving way.
Attachment and Authenticity
I see everything from an attachment lens. We do not exist in a bubble and our relationships with other people and things exist the way they do for good reason.
We will look at what is keeping you from that freeing feeling of being your truly authentic self within any relationship.
Our goal is to form healthy and secure attachments and to be genuinely authentic. I will help you get there.
Relationship Coach Supervision
I feel passionate about working with couples. I know that sometimes coaches need a little extra support navigating challenges with some couples. I provide case consultation and I am available to answer your questions.
Personal Beliefs
LGBTQIA++
I grew up with a straight mom and a gay dad. I co-founded/co-directed COLAGE in 1990 internationally, and COLAGE LA in 1987. I have been working with kids with LGBTQIA++ parents (and LGBTQIA++ parents!) for more than 30 years. I am an active, loving, and supportive member of the LGBTQIA++ community.

While I am certainly not versed in ALL cultures, I am trained in cultural sensitivity and incredibly respectful of others' beliefs, customs, and traditions. I see clients of all races, faiths, and cultures.

By this, I mean ANY two people who are important to each other. It could be a parent/child (of any age) combination, siblings, roommates, dating, engaged, married, separated, divorced, co-parenting, regardless of age, gender, or sexual orientation. I specialize in relationships.
